Ordering
Orders are placed through direct communication. Once you've selected a piece, we will guide you through availability, details, and confirmation.
Payment
To confirm your order: A 50% deposit is required The remaining 50% is due before delivery Payment details will be shared once the order is confirmed.
Production Time
Estimated lead time: 4–5 weeks Production begins once the deposit is received Timelines may vary slightly depending on materials and production flow.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable
Delivery
Delivery is arranged once your piece is complete. We will coordinate timing and details with you directly.
